SIXTH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON
HUMANISM AND PREVALENCE OF THE CLASSICAL WORLD  


ALCAÑIZ, SPAIN
OCTOBER 19-24, 2015

            The Instituto de Estudios Humanísticos (I.E.H., Institute for Humanistic Studies) will hold the Sixth International Conference on Humanism and Prevalence of the Classical World from Monday, October 19th to Friday, October  24nd  of  2015, in Alcañiz, Spain. As with the five prior conferences, this event aims to bring together a broad spectrum of scholars and disciplines pertaining to the studies of Humanism and Prevalence of the Classical World in order to share ideas, to debate, and to enrich the research.
            This sixth Conference will honor Professor Eustaquio Sánchez Salor, one of the most prominent Spanish scholars of various branches of Classical Philology, Spanish Humanism and Classical Tradition during the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, and in the contemporary world.

       Proposals submitted for a 15-minute presentation may focus on any aspect of Humanism and Prevalence of the Classical World.

PROCEEDINGS

Plenary sesions and papers will be published under the title Humanismo y Pervivencia del Mundo Clásico. VI. Homenaje al profesor Estutaqui Sánchez Salor. The maximum lenght of typewritten papers will  be fifteen pages,  double-spaced.

At the end of the Conference a certificate of attendance will be delivered to every scholar
